Failure to submit information about precious metals to the state system will result in a fine of 20 to 120 thousand rubles.
The Government of the Russian Federation submitted to the State Duma a draft law establishing administrative liability for failure to provide timely information on precious metals and precious stones, as well as for providing incomplete or unreliable information about them.
