Finland and the United States agreed to strengthen cooperation on rare earth metals.
The Finnish and American sides have signed a document on cooperation in the field of rare earth metals, the Finnish Foreign Ministry reported on Thursday. "Finland and the United States signed in Washington (...) a framework document on rare earth metals, which aims to strengthen cooperation in this field," the Finnish ministry said in a press release.
