The European Union invited the EU countries to use 21.3 billion euros from the SAFE program to protect Ukraine.

The European Commission (EC) has invited EU member states to use €21.3 billion from the EU Security Action for Europe (SAFE) financial instrument to improve security preparedness and support in Ukraine. The European Commission invites the member states to participate in the second phase of the implementation of the SAFE instrument.
