Yandex bought back 0.53% of the shares for 7.7 billion rubles as part of a buyback.
MKPAO "Yandex" as part of the share repurchase program for the long-term incentive program from July 1 to October 27 purchased 2.1 million securities (0.53% of the registered capital) in the amount of 7.7 billion rubles, the company said in a statement. "Yandex" clarifies that the repurchased shares do not grant voting rights and do not participate in the distribution of dividends until they are transferred to participants in the incentive program.
