Investigative authorities accuse Kagashbek Oronbayev, who is serving a life sentence for a series of murders and rapes, with the murder of another woman in 1997 in the city of Kansk in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia reports.
