The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance of Russia have agreed on the renewal of a program to support demand in the automotive industry starting from December 1, 2026 through preferential car loans from next year's restrictions, said First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Mantorov, in a speech during the government hour at the Federation Council. "In total, we have already exceeded this year's parameters, and reached 178,000 cars sold under two programs - car loans and car leasing.
