Sberbank did not notice an increase in demand for cash due to an attack on the bank's data center.
The attack on the Sberbank data center in the Saratov region did not lead to an increase in demand for cash, all bank services were operating as usual, said Deputy Chairman of the Board, CFO of Sberbank, Taras Skvortsov, during a conference call. "We didn't see a big jump, because there was no reason for it, all our services worked normally, and customers just by reading the news could find out that there was some potential risk, because in fact there was nothing," - said Skbortsov. "We have taken and will continue to take all the necessary measures to protect the infrastructure, to ensure the reliability of our services and the uninterrupted operation of Sber and all its services," he added.
