The State Duma approved an agreement with Cambodia on the protection of citizens in the field of criminal justice.
The State Duma adopted a law approving the agreement between the Russian Federation and Cambodia on mutual protection of citizens in the field of international criminal law. "Protégés of one party who are in the territory of the other party are not subject, without the prior written consent of the first party: a) to transfer or transfer in any way to an international criminal court for any purpose," reads the agreement previously published in the State Duma database.
