In Kislovodsk, the water supply was interrupted due to an accident in the main water pipe, said the mayor, Yevgeny Moiseyev. "We have a water outage again, and therefore hot water together with heat (...) due to emergency restoration work in the main water pipeline, the supply of cold drinking water was stopped in several city streets," Bemaks wrote.
