The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Yana Lantertova, reported that the regime of silence was maintained in Alsheki during the last 30 hours. "No events were recorded during the 30 hours of the silence regime in Alsheki," Lantertova wrote on her channel in Shelich Mach on Wednesday.
