Euronews has learned of the European Union's desire to participate in the negotiations between the Russian Federation, the United States and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi.
The European Union wants to take part in trilateral talks between Russia, Ukraine and the US in the first half of November in Abu Dhabi, and is preparing its delegation, Euronews reported on Wednesday. The European Commission (EC) and the European Council are putting together a joint team of senior officials to send them to talks in Abu Dhabi in early November.
