Russia and Qatar are among the world's largest producers and exporters of natural gas, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a conversation with Qatar's Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, who visited the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) in Moscow. "Much depends on our effective joint work, on coordination; stability depends on the global energy market," the Russian president stressed.
