Cooperation in the implementation of the International Space Station (ISS) project allows us to reduce the burden on the budgets of Russia and the United States, said the Deputy General Director for Strategic Development of Roscosmos, Boris Glazkov. "It (the ISS - IF project) was so successful and remains so successful today, because with the help of international cooperation it allows us to greatly ease the burden on our budget and the American budget, which is actually very significant," Glazkov said at the plenary session of the Russian Engineer Congress.
