The Duma committee proposed to take into account the companies' profitability in collecting tax on excess income.
The State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes proposes, in preparation for the second reading of the bill regarding excess income tax, to discuss the possibility of taking into account the economic situation and current profitability of the taxpayers, as well as the actual possibility of paying the tax, according to the committee's conclusion.
