The construction of data processing centers (DPCs) in Russia should be stimulated, said the head of the State Duma Committee for Digital Development and Artificial Intelligence, Alexander Sidyakin. "Of course, we need to stimulate the construction of data processing centers," Sidyakin told reporters on the sidelines of the 12th BRICS International Parliamentary Forum.
