The Ministry of Education and Science reported on increasing the budget places in a number of priority specializations.
The scope of budget places in universities in Russia for the academic year 2027/28 has been increased in areas focused on technological leadership, the maximum increase was recorded in the specialization "Mechanical Engineering" - an additional 516 places, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation reported.
