The number of notary transactions with commercial real estate is increasing in Russia.
The Federal Notary's Office records an increase in transactions with commercial real estate. "During the eight months of 2026, about 28,500 contracts for the alienation of non-residential land were approved, which is 4% more than a year earlier," the FNP press service told Interfax.
