The funds of legal entities in Russian banks in September decreased by 0.4% (by 300 billion rubles), to 66.5 trillion rubles, after growing by 1.9% (by 1.2 trillion rubles) in August and by 0.6% in July, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation says in its review of the development of the banking sector.
