Artificial intelligence (AI) can help humanity overcome historical injustice and provide an opportunity to reveal the talents of people who previously did not have such opportunities, said Alexander Sidyakin, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Digital Development and Artificial Intelligence. "How many brilliant talents has our humanity lost in its history, just because a child was born into a poor family, far from leading schools, libraries and universities. <...> Today we can overcome this historical injustice.
