The Russian Ministry of Defense announced attacks on military-industrial complexes, energy and transportation facilities in Ukraine.
The Russian military attacked military-industrial complex plants, as well as energy and transportation facilities linked to the Ukrainian military, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday.
