German authorities plan to negotiate with Ukraine in the coming weeks over the purchase of Bars cruise missiles, the Financial Times (FT) reported on Monday, citing sources. "The German government is expected to finalize the deal to buy the first batch of Bars missiles for testing by the Bundeswehr in the coming weeks, people familiar with the plans said," reports the FT.
