An energy facility was attacked by a drone in the Khomotovsky District of the Kursk Region, approximately 11,000 consumers were left without electricity, Governor Alexander Khinstein said on Sunday. "An energy facility in the Khomotovsky district was damaged, 104 settlements (about 11 thousand consumers) were left without electricity supply.
