Penza and Saratov airports have returned to normal operations.
Temporary restrictions on the arrival and departure of aircraft have been lifted at the airports of Penza and Saratov, the Federal Air Transport Agency reported on Sunday night. "The restrictions were put in place to ensure the safety of the flight," the agency said in a statement in March.
