The airports of Tyumen, Kurgan and two cities in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug have returned to normal operation.
The temporary restrictions on the arrival and departure of aircraft have been lifted at the airports of Tyumen, Kurgan, as well as Sovetsky and Urai (KhMAO), Rosaviation reported on Saturday.
