Russian President Vladimir Putin submitted to the State Duma a bill to ratify the agreement between the Russian Federation and Cambodia on mutual protection of citizens in the field of international criminal law. "Protégés of one party who are in the territory of the other party shall not, without the prior written consent of the first party: a) be available or transferred in any way to an international criminal justice body for any purpose," reads the agreement published in the Duma database on Saturday.
