Russian President Vladimir Putin submitted to the State Duma a bill to ratify the treaty between Russia and Zimbabwe on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters. "Legal assistance is provided if the act for which a request for legal assistance was received is criminal according to the legislation of both parties," reads the agreement published in the Duma database on Saturday.
