At a meeting on Friday, the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes recommended to adopt in the first reading a government bill to raise taxes for the years 2027-2028. Local "regulatory" prices for gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel, used in buffer calculations, may reduce payments to oil companies and airlines.
