The Tagansky Court in Moscow has granted Oleg Deripaska's claim for the protection of honor and dignity against journalists Irina Elman, Maria Pavchich, Sergey Yezhov and human rights activist Olga Romanova (all four are recognized as foreign agents in the Russian Federation), the businessman's lawyer Alexei Melnikov told Interfax. "The court found that the information spread by the defendants was false, discrediting his honor, dignity and business reputation, and I collected 40 million rubles from them jointly," the lawyer said.
