The central bank will test offline payments in digital rubles in 2027.
By the end of November, the Central Bank of Russia will launch a subscription service in digital rubles, and in 2027 plans to test offline payments in digital rubles, Central Bank Chairwoman Elvira Neviolina said at a press conference.
