In St. Petersburg, the First Western District Military Court sentenced in absentia a Ukrainian citizen accused of organizing a terrorist attack that resulted in the death of military correspondent Vladalon Tatarsky (Maxim Fomin), the St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office reported.
