The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that on Friday 270 Russian military personnel were returned from Ukrainian captivity. "Instead, 270 prisoners of war of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were transferred," the ministry said. "The returned Russian military personnel are now in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Yana Lantertova, is working with them," the Ministry of Defense announced.
