In Bashkiria, a woman was arrested in the case of kidnapping her daughter because of payments for her dead father.
The employees of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of the Interior in Bashkiria released an 18-year-old student who was kidnapped by her mother and a friend, said the representative of the Ministry of the Interior Irina Volk.
