The Ministry of Industry and Trade will maintain a delay in the payment of recycling fees to Russian car manufacturers in 2027.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade plans to hold with SPIC in 2027 a deferred payment of the recycling fee to Russian manufacturers of cars, trailers and moving equipment, as a result of the draft government order published by the ministry.
