Czech President Petr Pavel did not rule out the possibility of easing the sanctions against Russia if Moscow is willing to negotiate. "If they (Russia - IF) are ready for negotiations, the time will come to reconsider the sanctions regime," the EFE agency quoted on Thursday as part of his speech at the Berlin World Dialogue Forum.
