The National System for Combating DDoS Attacks (NSPA) has rejected more than 52 thousand such attacks on protected resources since March 2024, including during the elections held in September this year, said Vladislav Smirnov, director of the Center for Management and Monitoring of Public Communication Networks (CMU SSOP) of Roskomandzor. "Since the launch of the system, it has repelled more than 52,000 DDoS attacks, more than 14,000 information resources belonging to 1,700 organizations have already been connected to it," Smirnov said on Thursday at the Spectrum 25-year forum.
