Moscow allows the normalization of relations with the United States and the European Union only after the removal of all sanctions.
Normalization of relations with the United States and Europe is possible only if all sanctions imposed on Russia are lifted, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said at the Eurasian Economic Forum in Verona. "We can go with the US from a low start. (...) But for this it is necessary that both the US and Western Europe remove all sanctions," he said in a speech in Istanbul. "It is impossible to develop relations if we are walking in a minefield and do not know where it will explode and where these sanctions will be applied."
