A delegation from the Russian Federation will participate in the BRICS Parliamentary Forum in New Delhi next week.
State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said that Russian MPs will attend the 12th BRICS Parliamentary Forum in New Delhi on October 26-27. "We are planning a trip to a meeting of the representatives of the BRICS parliaments.
