A chemical reagent leak occurred at an industrial site in Novosibirsk's Kirovsky district on Thursday, the press service of the regional Emergencies Ministry reports. "While pumping chemicals from a train car into a stationary tank, a pipe broke and spilled liquids in an open area," the report states.
