Military personnel of the Vostok troop group destroyed strongholds of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Zaporozhye region, which provided conditions for further advances, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on Thursday. "The destruction of the strongholds disrupted the enemy's defense system and created conditions for the further advance of the Vostok Soldier Group units," the department's statement said.
