The license to sell LUKOIL's foreign assets was extended until November 21.

The U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has extended until November 21 the license that expired on October 22 authorizing the negotiation and entering into of conditional agreements with LUKOIL for the sale of LUKOIL International GmbH (LIG, NK's foreign asset holder) or any controlled company.
