The Duma committee supported the simplification of opening criminal cases for illegal loans.
The State Duma Committee on Criminal and Administrative Legislation recommended the adoption in first reading of government bills that would allow the opening of criminal cases for large-scale illegal loans without prior administrative responsibility.
