Sweden, Finland and Estonia plan to lay a communication cable between the countries along the bottom of the Baltic Sea, the Estonian broadcasting network ERR reported today (Wednesday). The developer of the project and the owner of the future infrastructure is the communications company GlobalConnect AB, registered in Sweden.
