Russian President Vladimir Putin will appreciate the proposals brought by the special envoy to the US presidency Steve Vitkoff after his meetings in Oslo, including with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Russian President's press minister Dmitry Peskov said. "You and I see that Witkoff brought some developments, especially considering the meetings he had in Oslo with Zelensky and with the representatives of the European countries as well.
