Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will hold a working breakfast on October 28 with the heads of foreign ministries of African countries who will arrive in Moscow to participate in the Russia-Africa summit, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said. "On October 28, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will hold a working breakfast for his colleagues, the foreign ministers of African countries," Zakharova said at a briefing on Wednesday.
