A German citizen, who entered into a contract with the Ukrainian army, but defected from it after not being paid a reward, has been detained by Russian law enforcement agencies, the FSB Public Relations Center (CSR) reported on Wednesday. "A German citizen, who was an active service member of the armed forces of Ukraine, was arrested," the report said.
