US Presidential Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, after negotiations in Oslo with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, may visit Moscow for a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Financial Times (FT) newspaper reported on Tuesday evening, citing a source. "The American official said that Witkoff will travel to Moscow after the negotiations in order to present to Putin the ideas worked on in Oslo," the publication claimed.
