The Letim payment service, popular among Russian tourists in Turkey, will stop working on November 30, the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) reported on Tuesday, citing the service operator. "The service was launched after Mir cards were discontinued in this country and became for some Russians a substitute for this payment method, as tourists could create electronic wallets in Turkish lira and load them with rubles by linking a card of the Turkish payment system to the wallet.
