The Russian Foreign Ministry pointed to US signals about the need to renew dialogue on arms control
Moscow pays attention to public signals from the American side, including at the highest level, in the context of a dialogue on disarmament, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said. "There is no bilateral dialogue with the US, although we, of course, pay attention to public signals from American representatives, including at the highest level, on these issues," Ryabkov told reporters on Tuesday. "We do not see any preconditions for resuming such a dialogue," added the deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
