The project to introduce the private credit rating institution to the Russian Federation passed on first reading
At yesterday's meeting, the State Duma adopted in first reading a bill to lead a non-public credit rating institution in Russia, which will allow companies to receive an assessment of their creditworthiness with the results disclosed only to a circle of people specified in the agreement.
