Rubio expressed dissatisfaction with Washington over the lack of progress on Ukraine
US officials are disappointed by the lack of progress in resolving the Ukrainian conflict, State Department Secretary Marco Rubio said on Tuesday. "We are frustrated by the lack of progress in the negotiations," he told reporters in India.
